The reverse osmosis process results in the purest possible water and the total dissolved solids count drops from about 120ppm for tap water to below 8ppm using this system. Between 97 to 100 percent of all substances in water are removed and you can view the exact percentages in the table provided in our FAQ section. If required a mineraliser can be included after the RO process to add back some selected minerals and trace elements.
